VIENNA and LONDON — The Centre for the Enforcement of Human Rights International (CEHRI) welcomes the indictments by the Vienna Public Prosecutor’s Office of Khaled Al-Halabi and Musab Abu Rukbah, former Syrian government intelligence officers accused of grievous bodily harm, aggravated coercion, sexual coercion, and, with respect to one of the accused, also for the crime of torture committed in detention facilities in Raqqa, Syria.
